All our textile cushions are handmade, so no two are exactly the same. Please expect some variations. The cushion insert is not included in the price, and we ship the cushion cover only. All cushions have a solid YKK zipper. The cushion cover is easy to remove and is hand washable.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may change at any time. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and is in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
